Using Field
Field is provided by Christoph Dethloff. Downloading Field from the App Store or TestFlight is also subject to Apple's terms, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Beta versions
Test versions of Field are unfinished. They can contain errors, change at any time, or stop working. Don't rely on a beta version as your only camera for photos you can't take again.
No warranty
Field is developed with care, but it is provided as is. There is no guarantee that it works without interruption or error, or that every photo is saved. Back up photos that matter to you.
Liability
Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. This does not apply to personal injury or where the law does not allow a limitation. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
This website
The content of this website is written with care, but there is no guarantee that it is complete, correct or up to date. Links to other websites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content.
Names
The names of films in Field are made up. Names of other companies and products mentioned anywhere belong to their owners. Field is not affiliated with them.
Law
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict of law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence still applies.

Testversionen
Testversionen von Field sind nicht fertig. Sie können Fehler enthalten, sich jederzeit ändern oder nicht mehr funktionieren. Verlass dich bei Fotos, die du nicht wiederholen kannst, nicht allein auf eine Testversion.
Keine Gewähr
Field wird sorgfältig entwickelt, aber so bereitgestellt, wie es ist. Es gibt keine Gewähr, dass die App unterbrechungs- und fehlerfrei funktioniert oder jedes Foto gespeichert wird. Sichere Fotos, die dir wichtig sind.
